  • La última estación

    Sinopsis: Película documental sobre la vejez en el interior de un asilo de ancianos. Bajo la mirada contemplativa de una cámara, se retrata la vida y momentos que enfrentan los seres humanos en esta última etapa, en un estado de abandono y soledad. Estos hogares y su eterno paso del tiempo, se convierten en la última estación de la vida, antes de emprender ese viaje inevitable hacia la muerte.

    A documentary about old age, and the difficult conditions inside two different nursing homes in Chile. With fixed shots and long shots, almost contemplative, it portrays the life and moments that these men and women face during the last stage in life, in an environment of neglect and loneliness, in a respectful manner and avoiding the sensationalism. These homes with their residents, worn by the passing of time, become the last station of life, before the inevitable journey to their death.
