    Sinopsis: La cinta registra la reacción de los habitantes de las comunidades de Imbabura, Zamora Chinchipe y otras  provincias ecuatorianas  bajo la zona de influencia minera. Los testimonios de los dirigentes y los propios protagonistas cuentan los hechos que conforman el eje de esta historia. Las confrontaciones de los campesinos con los guardias armados de las empresas forman parte de la reflexiones hechas por Álvarez.

    The tape registers the reaction of the inhabitants of the communities of Imbabura, Zamora, Chinchipe and other Ecuadorian counties under the area of mining influence. The testimonies of the leaders and the own protagonists recount the facts that conform the center of this story. The confrontations of the peasants with the armed guards of the companies are part of the reflections made.
