    Nació en Pasadena, California (EE.UU.), aunque su niñez y adolescencia transcurrieron en Santurce, Río Piedras y Fajardo, este último municipio, cuna de su madre, la  muy reconocida actriz puertorriqueña Sandra Rivera.

    Estudió Fotografía y Dirección Cinematográfica en la Universidad de Long Island y en la de Nueva York, entre 1977 y 1981. A través de los años se ha mantenido tomando seminarios y talleres. Comenzó su carrera en el cine como asistente y en 1996 realizó su primera película titulada Una noche en Hollywood. Es conocido por el proyecto para la TV Desamores (2004), y por la película Las dos caras de Jano (2007).



    He was born in Pasadena, California (EE.UU.), but his childhood and teens were in   Santurce, Río Piedras and Fajardo, this last one Town Council was his mother’s birth place, the outstanding puertorriqueña actress Sandra Rivera.

    Studied photography and film direction at  de Long Island University and at New York University too from 1977 to 1981. Through the years he has been receiving minaries and workshop. He begans his film career as assistant and in 1996 made his first feature titled  Una noche en Hollywood. He is well-known by the Project for Televisión  Desamores (2004) and in the present by the feature  Las dos caras de Jano (2007).
