    Nació en Madrid en 1988 de padre peruano y madre holandesa. Cuando tenía cinco años, sus padres, relacionados con el mundo del teatro, se instalaron en Perú. Obtuvo una beca Fulbright para estudiar Cine en Hofstra University (Nueva York). En 2010, terminó sus estudios con su cortometraje-tesis titulado El río, que se presentó en festivales de todo el mundo y fue premiado en varios de ellos. En 2011, funda Flamingo Films para poder producir sus proyectos y poco después es invitado a unirse a La Gris Films como uno de sus directores principales. El limpiador es su primer largometraje.


    Born in Madrid in 1988 to a Peruvian father and Dutch mother. At the age of five, his theatre-related parents moved to Peru. He landed a Fulbright scholarship to study Film at Hofstra University (New York). In 2010 he graduated from his studies with the thesis short film El río, presented at festivals the world over, where it won numerous awards. In 2011 he founded Flamingo Films in order to produce his projects and was invited shortly afterwards to join La Gris Films as one of its leading directors. El limpiador is his first feature film.
