    Estudió en la Universidad Iberoamericana y en la Universidad de Texas, ha sido ganador del Premio Mejor Narrativa en el Festival de Cine de Austin, junto a Enrique Chmelnik, por su primer largometraje, Adiós mundo cruel (2010).

    Con su filme En el último trago (2014) fue nominado al Premio Cine Latino en el Palm Spring Festival y para el Premio Internacional del Jurado en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Sao Pablo. Ha trabajado con importantes realizadores como Luis Mandoki, Rodrigo García y Roberto Sneider. Dirigió Almacenados (2017).



    Was born in Mexico City, he studied at Universidad Iberoamericana and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. He lived in Los Angeles, California, where he worked extensively in production for acclaimed directors such as Luis Mandoki, Rodrigo Garcia, Roberto Sneider.

    He has written, produced and directed more than ten short films, obtained recognition and won several awards. In 2005 he directed I like you too, a ten minute short film that got a national distribution deal, and will be released in theaters all over Mexico. He is now working on the script of his first feature film School of Thieves. He is known for his ability to get great performances from actors and non-actors alike, and for his flawless comedy storytelling.
